Ubuntu MID on iTouch / iPhone?

With the launch of the Android operating system on the iPhone and iBoot Open (http://linuxoniphone.blogspot.com/), I wonder if it is possible to run Ubuntu MID on iPod Touch or iPhone. If it is not possible, are there other teams or individuals working on the other computer that has been mentioned before?

I do not think Ubuntu is being developed for these devices. It is much easier to get Ubuntu on an Android device, as it runs on Linux.
