best computer for £ 600 ish. but I soooooo want a Mac. Mac Mini, perhaps?

I'll tell you what I have and my computer needs first. Currently I have an old Sony VAIO all connected to my monitor (32 "Samsung HD TV). I do some photo editing with Photoshop, etc and some editing HD 720p video (video cameras only pocket). I have a Dell Mini 10v Snow Leopard running and I love it! I have my iPhone fully synchronized with it. I like Apple how it works, but I know that the average working windows. ive been thinking seriously about buying the Apple Mac mini 2.53GHz with 4GB RAM and 320GB hard drive that someone think is good or bad what better with a more powerful engine money, even for Windows machines.
