iPod will not turn on or charge?
The screen is black and custom of the iPod in, or charges while plugged in. I tried the trick reduce the menu and select buttons, but still did nothing. It has not worked for a few days. Are there other things you can try to run it, or should I send it to Apple? It is a fifth-generation iPod Nano (model a1320) Thanks!
if it has not worked for several days, it is clear that there is a problem, if you still have its mandate to take back or call Apple.
