Is this a work with an iPod touch without jailbreakingness 3G Bluetooth lol?

I wanted to know because I have the VoIP application that allows make calls and I need a microphone or headphones Apple to make a call, so I was wondering if you can use a Bluetooth connection to make a call, please help.
