Where I can get an iPod charger for less?

Does anyone know of one brand or type of charger that works just as well the charger Apple? I am looking for a charger for my iPod video and Apple's web site also required to buy the cable and a USB adapter, for a total of nearly $ 50. Is there something like a Target or Wal-Mart does the same job for less? Also, is there a USB cable to sync my iPod with your computer for less well?
