iPod classic problem, the iPod seems to keep to restore … Why?

I have the iPod Classic 80GB Black iPod, this iPod has begun to restore, not timing, is not liable in iTunes on my computer is even used to recognize that the iPod is here, Apple can not seem to help me and I'm wondering if anyone out there can? Apple person said that the iPod could be fired technology and should be replaced … any input people have … help! Not I lost 2800 songs.

I'm not exactly an expert in solving a problem like this … but if an Apple technology, is shot and must be replaced, is likely to replace him. It looks like a manufacturing defect, unless you did something to cause this problem, so you can get a new one under warranty if you had his iPod less than a year ago. Otherwise, you will need to replace. But at least the 2800 songs in iTunes … well at least I hope they are for you.
