IPod classic problems?

My iPod classic is calling … I am not able to turn on or near anything with it, I am able to display the logo Apple and then a file with the logo www.apple.com / support / ipod to … I have visited this site, but does not help me to fix my iPod … any idea on how resolve this problem?

I have a Apple iPod Classic, and first, I had these problems. The way it was resolved to synchronize with my computer, then check the "Restore factory settings." If this fails, then wait for the latest version of iPod software and download it to exit from iTunes.
