In my new iPod nano, keeps "re-establish themselves" after being removed from a dock, help!?
I just bought iPod fourth generation of online brand new nano apple.com. I bought it on 12 November. I also had open burning in the back. Since I have, it restarts and appears Apple logo and it takes about 10 seconds to return on. This happens when it is in my dock and I take my stereo and when I logged into my car adapter. Recently, it is really bad. I accidentally dropped a while, but problems began to occur before I had left. Although they have gotten worse since I left. In addition, when shake to mix songs, the logo will also appear. I went to apple.com support and asked for tracking numbers and their addresses, but in vain, no luck. Is it possible to talk to a real person on the block? What do you think my next step should be?
You should go to an Apple store. There, they can help and if they can, which again IPod, repair or replace, and then send it back.
