HD is a basis for Zune iPod work?

I'm trying to decide between a 16 GB HD 8 GB Zune against an Apple iTouch. I'm leaning towards the Zune HD, but is concerned that is not compatible with most docking stations for iPod. Help?

Probably not iPods have a 30-pin connector the bottom which is quite unique to that device. and If you look at the way down iPhones have devices out, theres a good reason why the 30-pin connector is standard on mobile devices from Apple. if you just go through the headphone output on the iPhone Zune audio or malfunction.
