ipod battery replacement?

I recently sent my ipod nano to apple becuase the battery had completely died, charging it won’t even work i’ve had it for about 2 years now. So i sent it to apple my question is, what will be inside the box that they ship me? is it going to be the ipod and an earphone? becuase my earphone broke i was hoping they will send an earphone

send both with a very nice and polite letter, try using “would you be so kind”, and “much obliged”. Clearly state what is wrong with both items, make sure you have your name and return address stated clearly. A little sugar goes a long way. I sent a backpack in once with a very polite letter and received it 1 week later.
