iPod frozen to show the Apple logo?

ok so my friends changed my code and put a disturbing (P * RNO PIC) on my iPod Touch. because They "forgot" the code do I reset my iPod. and now my ipod is frozen. All you can see the Apple logo and a bar below the screen is really low. How do I ????? xxxxx
