Apple iPod 120GB does not work.?

No sale on iTunes. But I can see in "My Computer" for idk why iTunes will not be displayed. On the screen when connected is "no sign" (a circle with a slash) says do not disconnect. When not connected to said: "OK to disconnect" with over a tick. I tried to restore it (change the switch control – holding the menu and middle button) and the Apple icon comes … stays on for a little and then comes with a screen that says something that needs to be restored with iTunes. But the problem stems from the beginning – it will not come in itunes. AnyWho flashes for that – is empty – then back to the screen. Any help please.

It happened to me when I recently updated the iPod – make sure to have the latest version iTunes or the new iPod Compatible with custom. I think that's his problem, unless the iPod plugged into question before? So I'm not sure. But if this is the first time trying to connect, and it just does not appear in iTunes, then try to get the latest version.
