Connection problems 30 GB video iPod Hi-Fi Kensington Stereo Dock using?

Every time I try to connect my iPod video 30 GB system sound to my friends, short / freezes and stays there for about 20 seconds after leaving the Stereo Dock of Kensington. Firsty screen goes black, then turns black with an Apple logo, and eventually back to the main menu. This happens when you press the play when the iPod is connected. Sometimes it can cause the system to play music if the song plays before connecting. But even doing it this way, the time of 10-15 minutes after the iPod and freezes or shows black Apple logo … Does anyone know why this happens and what can be done to solve this problem?

Trying to Restore the iPod (www.apple.com / ipod / download). This could be the problem. Think second is that there is sufficient power for the iPod. Turn down the volume at first before you plug in the Kensington Stereo Dock.
