ipod touch headphone jack?

95% ive come to accept the decision of the iPod touch now I hear that Apple is totally crap headphones …. and I also heard that Apple makes u have to buy a special headset with a small plug for the iPod … Is this true? or just a regular phone jack? and another question is what the iPod touch keyboard support languages other cases in my case, Korea? I know the sound is not … but I have heard that this can solve my jailbreaking … Am I wrong?

A quick search on Apple forums do not need an adapter (like the iPhone.) Although I do not see anyone explicitly say "not need an adapter, "I see people say you can use third-party headphones without mentioning something about an adapter. Quality headphones are subjective. Worse I heard the bass response is not as good, in general I hear that the headphones are actually better include people rant about. Perform a search Internet for something like "the quality of the iPod headphones and you find that some critics compared to more expensive third party options.
