The company has lost my Apple iPod?

and I sent my i-pod to repair and I've waited a month to recover and still not sending … so I called DHL and they said still .. So I call DHL and Apple said the company .. Therefore, i ask the Apple store and they told me I can not find my i-pod … So what should I do? …. I paid 32.50 for shipping .. and handling and paid $ 210 for the iPod itself ..

Get a written copy of proof of delivery of DHL, call Apple and tell them (not not ask) which is the delivery order and will replace your iPod if they are not yours. Be firm and get results.
