Help me to understand how TV shows on iTunes to sync my iPod classic to a new computer?

I recently changed from a PC to iMac Apple store and had people transfer all my files. The only problem I have (which are really good at his job) because I can not right in TV my child shows to sync from iTunes on iPod classic. I tried to do what the online manual said, but no go. The files are controlled, the new equipment has been authorized and is not a question of space. Thank you.
