8GB iPod nano will not connect to the computer!?
Hello, I have a big problem with my ipod because it's mothers is not connected to the computer at all. No evidence came to tell me if it is connected or not, and the screen of your iPod if it is generally connected when you connect it says, is not there. However, The main menu is in place, like you said. And when I entered Peripheral Manager and scroll down to the universal bus drivers series-Apple Mobile Device USB Driver … There is a yellow circle with an exclamation point on the circle … which is on your side. My mother said that her iPod worked fine this afternoon, but when he returned to it and connected again … computer does not recognize. Do not try to order by re-create and remove the USB cable and .. and out … and exit, with the hope that connects. Please help me because my mother gets very cross about it! Thanks for your time.
The yellow icon in Device Manager indicates a problem hardware or software is required with this device. You can get more specific details about the problem, click the entry in the device manager and selecting Properties. A problem with the device is displayed on the device status section of the General tab. Although they say that the problem is with " Driver Apple Mobile Device USB "The problem should be relatively easy to solve by reinstalling the driver. First, make sure that all the things you want to keep in your iTunes library (tracks, playlists, etc) are stored somewhere, then uninstall iTunes (and QuickTime) and restart the system. So go ahead Apple site and download the iTunes / QuickTime installer package. Reinstall from the package just downloaded, make another reboot, then try connecting the iPod again. If it's just a simple driver conflict, it should solve your problem.
