App Store iPod touch help?? 10 points!?!?

My account is in the Apple Store in Qatar and I'm not connected and suddenly, after I opened the ipod touch and I opened the App Store and I think it was Chinese or Korean or watever and I can not retrieve the Qatar store on my iPod Touch and connect to my PC is useless?!?! Plzzz help ?!?!? 10 points for ,?!?!? best answer

try to restart by holding home and blocking eight seconds, and then when Apple appears just wait until you restart
