How I can find / restore administrator password?

I'm trying to restore my computer to its factory settings aunts. It is loaded with a bunch of garbage if it is not even funn, 3 differnt antivirus (all updated), tons of iTunes and Apple (it does; t an iPod), and only one variety asortment programs odd. The equipment was delivered to her by a friend who had upgraded. Regardless Anyway, I need an administrator password that is different of apparetnly password. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
