iPod touch Software iPhone / and the effects on the warranty?

If I have my own software with the SDK (SDK [software if you probobly know already]) anything that would be the effect on the warranty if I used it myself. I know that 3rd party applications not mine but if I would "break the rules." I'm gona wait for the next iTouch (or perhaps iPhone), but we would like a break to the thinking of some summer programs. If theres any of those people who work for Apple to respond to questions like these would be good to already have. Oh, and none of the answers from an iPod;) I wouldnt put it on the Apple iStore in contrast, only have to go on my computer to the iPod, thanks.

If you're a developer of payment, even with the firmware 2.0 is illegal. Once the 2.0 firmware comes out, has no effect if you make your own applications, provided they do not use the tool chain (This allows more features iPhone / iPod Touch that allows the SDK).
