How I can return my iPod Touch 3.1.2 Back to the software?

A few months ago, the 3.1.3 update was released for the Apple iPod Touch. Carelessly, I downloaded this to my iTouch. I do not know that the update wiped my iPod to my blackra1n jailbreak and download all my apps Cydia. My question is, is there any way to do it, how I can cancel my iPod Touch 3.1.3 to 3.1.2 Back software, and preferably in the simplest possible. I've never been that great with computers.
