Can not restore iPod Touch 2G?

Please someone can help me. I tried to jailbreak my iPod, but it failed. Therefore, I was hoping someone could help me. Every time I try to restore I get the error 13. I do not want to jailbreak my iPod again, I love the way it was even if I lose all my about him. Please give me resources do not like going to the Apple support forums, or need an answer.
