Returning Broken iPod Touch / iTouch Apple Store?

Long story short, my ipod wet and now it keeps rebooting and I can not solve problems. My warranty is done, but said that the return time is not over. "I can take my iPod at the Apple Store I bought it and get a new one that says my iPod has started to restart and I'm angry with Apple for the failure? How do I back to my old one a new working group? Still I have the receipt and everything that goes with it. My iPod S Touch 3G is that I have the year last summer I had the band to return to the White property. So, if you check, it should be fine right? and think that inspection then back to my two questions, they will replace them? or may become, I can get a refund for it (I am aware that they charge to open the iPod)

Water damage not covered by any of the apples warranties.And yes, we can say that bands of water within the box when it got wet, have changed color and the cancellation of your warranty.You may seem like a local repair shop for the iPod short of buying a new thats going to be your cheapest route.
