Is there an iPod touch out there that can record video, or is it coming?

I'll get an iPod Touch this holiday season, but I also I want a video camera. Recently, Apple released the iPhone 3G has the video and the new video Nano as well, so I thought they should be planning new twist on the iPod with video, already? This may seem a stupid question lol.

No current iPod touch has a video camera.
