Magic Video Converter converts. RMVB. MP4, but the video plays too fast?

I'm using Magic Video Converter to convert Gundam Seed episodes. Rmvb files. Mp4 (the original files are downloaded from the same source), but for a few episodes now converted in. mp4, the video is about 10 seconds or more before the audio. This problem is not with the original. rar files. Not all episodes are, but about 1 in 5 episodes done. The format I'm converting my episodes is "Apple iPod H.264 – Standard Quality (H.264, 25 fps, 320×240, MPEG4 AAC LC) "help would be greatly appreciated, Thanks:)
