Apple iPod Touch 8GB online shopping. .. Need advice?

Click OK. Im going to buy an 8GB iPod Touch online because its more expensive in my country (India). Here, the cost is 13 599 rupees ($ 292.8) and online, is ($ 199). So I think 199 is much better .. now There is no risk if I can buy online ..? then not which site would be better. So thanks in advance.
