I know nothing about Objective C, is there a book that teaches the basics?

I wanted to learn to develop applications for the iPhone. I have no experience in any web or application programming or development. Working with the latest technology or technology never learned or done is basic configuration / testing routers and Cisco networking. As you can see I have much to learn. Can anyone suggest some readings that can be purchased. Be you can probably take a college course, but I can not pay for school, I do not qualify for financial aid. So I want to teach me. I looked everywhere in the web, but the courses and books I collected requires a basic understanding of the objectives of C programming So I say I have to learn this first. Get one of the Latest Apple Mac next week, because I know that you need is a Mac program, code, or anything. Someone the best possible advice for a beginner I can learn the basic from scratch, without registration or know someone who can train me personally? Thanks!
