Turn-by-Turn GPS for iPhone?

I just heard on an application for the iPhone 3G, which has recently been published, is called "CoPilot Live "and it really works in the iPhone 3G, the only problem is that currently Apple AppStore does not allow the instructions given by the GPS applications still available even if there is already an application that could function as Turn-By-Turn can not be released yet. Any ideas on what might happen when?
