iPhone: Unable to restore the applications?

My iPhone (3G model) keep crashing and close, so I decided to try to restore. No synchronized with your computer, and I can see all the applications I've downloaded / bought there, but there is no function to return the phone. I wonder if the copy of security before the restoration has failed. I had some default icons (stocks, voice memo, etc) has moved out of the first page, and the phone still has a sense of their place, No I have all the things I've paid. Any help is greatly appreciated.

go to the iPhone when connected to iTunes and go to the tab Applications. Make sure all applications are selected for synchronization. Or you can choose to synchronize. If that is not the issue then you may transsfered applications are not your computer before restoration and in this case, I do not know how to help
