Is there a way to m4r files to ringtones for my iphone itouch free? ..?

Just looking for a fun easy to do so you can get free ringtones for my iphone I searched Google a few sites and many really havent find a way to render them suitable abunch download programs that do not want witches do .. any help would be greatly appreciated!

But the instructions do not include this part of Vista. Go to the computer (or any other folder) in Vista. Go ahead, organize folders and search options. Go to the View tab and uncheck Hide extensions for known file types. Now go to file and can be change the extension. Good luck!
