M4R to MP3 Converter?

Ok. I have no iphone. but is not this site that has all these ring tones of Korea, but it's all m4r format. I want to download Ringtones for all that I can put on my phone. help! and thanks in advance.:)

Suffice it to say, if you are an iPhone, then you must leave it in the format they have the iPhone ringtone format. But otherwise, I suppose that could allow file extensions to Windows and then see the change. a. m4r MP3 and see if work. iTunes is for. mp3 conversions, but more than likely not in this case because it would be recognized as a ringtone and then not be able to change later.
