IPhone SDK problem with crashing applications?

I downloaded the iPhone SDK so I can make my own iPhone applications (I have an iTouch). So I'm new to this, so try not to use big words as art in your answers! Anyway Anyway, so I made a database application data, and wanted to try it on my iTouch. It has worked well in the iPhone simulator. (For your information, not signed for $ 99 a month thing) I got the iTouch going to "Window" and "organizer" and add, and it is this view on my trampoline. But when I came to start the application on my iTouch, it is, then immediately crashes. What's happening? How do I solve this problem? Please help! And remember, I can not find what you're talking about if you use technical terms (im YouTube using tutorials to help write the code, which shows a lot, haha:))
