Write applications?

Well, I have fourteen years and have written several applications for the iPhone (I can not sell because if I have the version SDK), but I wonder how I can write applications for Mac and Windows. I want to write some business and job applications and perhaps some games and other applications productivity. How I can do what I write in C + + or Java, these are my other options. So I know nothing about how to use one of them. I know where I can learn from them and how to use them. Try to find books at the public library and my school library, without success. I'm on a tight budget, I'm saving for a car (I'm stuck Ed mini van driver from my mother) So please keep low-budget ideas. I have a pretty good idea of computers and how they work, if it helps to know. Any help is greatly appreciated.

If you want to learn something, learn Java, because its multi platform. If you want to schedule Windows, go get Visual Studio for Windows and choose VB C # C ++… . But I would choose Java with Netbeans or Eclipse and Java can run on Mac, Windows and Linux =)
