Add Trust Private P2P File Sharing
Stéphane Herry said he founded his private network file sharing GigaTribe the frustration of not being able to share Kazaa files with friends. Every time I wanted a file that knew a friend had passed, he saw that the files downloaded by foreigners like.
Why why not Herry thought, create a peer-to-peer (P2P), allowing only source of confidence to share files? This network would be much safer, because you would be to share files with people you know and trust – not with strangers, some of which may be consciously or unconsciously spread of the virus.
Herry the idea is popular. Some of the biggest names in file sharing peer-to-peer public now offer private alternatives. In its latest version, Help Desk venerable LimeWire file-sharing now allows users to privately share files with contacts you removed from Google or LiveJournal Contacts lists. Azureus Vuze, a popular BitTorrent client, added a feature to speed up torrent downloads FriendBoost share within a group of trusted users.
In recent years, the private file-sharing has evolved, the continuous improvement of speed, security and functionality. Depending on what you want, you can find probably a program or a Web application that is perfectly suited for you and help your friends (or coworkers) to share anything from spreadsheets home movies legal, safe and private.
We reviewed four applications that exchange offer safe, effective files between private groups: Qnext, GigaTribe, 2Peer and LogMeIn Hamachi.
Qnext. It is primarily designed as an integrated package of communications, instant messaging, voice and video chat components. But it also lets you share files secure – no size restriction – and special photos and music. Finally, Qnext, you can even access your computer remotely through a Web browser Standard.
Setup and installation is painless. Just download, install and create an account – and you can start to add accounts instant messaging and create file folders to share. Network configuration and detection of input device – For equipment such as microphones and cameras – Is automatic. To add friends, enter your log-in data for popular instant messaging systems like AIM and Google Talk, and ask your friends to download, install and register to Qnext.
Once you have registered one or more friends on your Qnext contact list, you can set up shared folders through "zones." Click File, share content to open the browser Qnext. Then click Sharing files and folders and drag the data you want to share. You can configure secure distribution, adding that Qnext contacts, or make files accessible for anyone with a Web browser by selecting "Diffusion Web browsers.
The application interface opens with a vertical list of contacts from IM accounts that you added during installation initial. You have access to more features, options and settings by clicking on the blue monitor icon for the Explorer. Browser set up groups to share files and folders and access permissions – the file can be public, the other could be for a specific user. The browser is also where you manage the other values, including chat, video and audio. From here you can set the shared files and folders and browse and search data that others have shared with you.
A Qnext especially nice part is that other users have not installed the application to receive messages, share files or images, or even can listen to music your shared library. Qnext servers that much of their content publicly available through the browser, if you wish, you can simply send a URL through instant messaging or e-mail. If you want the character of Private and secure transfers, however, both parties must have Qnext installed.
Also Qnext will need to have to move if you or your contacts need to access data or use the machine remotely. This is great if you have a machine at home or in the Post office all day anyway. If you use a laptop, turn off the machine, down in standby mode or in standby mode, or lose their connection Internet is cut off anyone who is connected to a discharge or flow of playlists of your music.
