GM iphone 4.0 problem?

Ok, so I have a laptop with Windows and like all beta VMware Workstation 4.0 virtual IVE uses to run Mac OS X to install later, I'd like to connect my iPhone to the Windows version of iTunes and activate the phone. Now I've done the same with 4.0 Master Gold, however, when I come to activate Windows via iTunes that says I need itunes 9.2 to activate the phone, but iTunes 9.2 is not currently available for Windows … What should I do??

The only means of synchronization is done via iTunes for Mac 9.2 was released for Windows, I use the same way you and I have put off updating of GM until iTunes 9.2 was released for Windows. The alternative is synchronized with the virtual machine and add all the files too, but my friend told me with a mac theres little difference.
