Where do you download the iPhone firmware 4.0 beta 1?

I have third-generation iPod touch 4.0 and I want it because its characteristics just stunning! I know how to bypass the UCID or so call, but I just want to get the firmware on my screen! Ideas?

Only for developers this phase of beta! Otherwise you'll have to wait several months or several others until release time, are launching the fourth generation iPhone, like the rest us.
