iPhone OS 4.0 play center?

I downloaded the new iPhone OS 4.0 now open as another iPhone user. And I can not know where Game Center application is no way that I understand. : / One of the features I was wanting. Can anyone tell me how to get it. Thanks

This final version did not include iOS4 not the core functionality of the game. Was reported in the previous beta versions, released to developers, but for some reason we have now. Probably because the testers found problems, but Apple has yet to release this week due to the arrival iPhone 4.
