How to install iPhone OS 4.0 beta using VMWare in Windows 7?

I have 64-bit Windows 7 and I can not install the iPhone OS 4.0 beta software without use Mac OSX and I was wondering if it would work with OSX in VMWare and if so, how do I do?

You alt-click the Restore button in iTunes on Mac OS X VMWare, then select the firmware file in version 4.0 beta. Note that if no device registered under a promoter (paid) account, you will an error after the restoration.
