I want to upgrade my iPhone, but my Internet connection is the time how I can fix this problem?

each time I try to update my iPhone to version 4.0 of its Internet connection timeout error that says .. some can explain what this means and help me.

This happens when the Internet connection is slow or the iTunes server is busy or both. Currently, the iTunes Store is beyond busy, so any thing you can do is keep trying.
