iPhone application downloads. Apps? Help?

I have one of the old iphones (not 3G) and recently found cracked applications for the iPhone. My iphone jailbreak is not but I still want to get these apps for free: Star Wars, Real Soccer 09, Xplane Spore, and all the others. I tried to download files cracked and when I try to sync with my computer that says it is not allowed. I know because my iphone is not jailbroken. Does anyone know how I can get free apps without loss? !!???!!? Help
