Apple ipod

My iPhone applications had worked well for two days, and today, will not open. How I can solve this problem?

When I play one of the applications, but acts as if it will only return to the main screen. I turned off and about three times, but still not working. I synchronized my iPhone again, but nothing else happened. Can anyone help?

This happened to me too. The following are the things I did. First I reset the phone. Hold down the sleep / wake and home button until it stops and the Apple logo comes back up.
