iPhone problem! helppp!?

I put a program in it and no, does not start when walking keeps me in the black, while white with Apple will not go to my office phone! I need it gone please help! it is stuck there and I tried to reset the master of time, but many just eveytime there! and was blocked for one hour now! please help

Were you in the middle of it jailbreaking? You said you put software on it so which is supposed to be a jailbreak done by phone or download a file from the application installer. In the two cases.
