Why did it take 4 hours to sync my iPhone!?

Not like I have a lot of things there. I'm only using 0.77 gigabytes, and not sync photos. Besides, I have videos or music there. But the party had backed eternity. Any idea why this is so ridiculously slow and how I can speed up the process?

iPhone backups are known to be slow. You can "X" in the backup and synchronization ends in a few seconds. I was so angry and found a free program which disables the backup and put it on a button that can turn on or off as needed. You can get it at the following link.
