Question on restoring your iPhone from the backup?

If you restore your iPhone from backup, you lose all your photos?

If you let iTunes back up your iPhone before restoring, you will not lose anything. If you have a new iPhone with photos of this and that you want to restore the back old to an iPhone, yes, you lose all the pictures. You can drag onto your computer and save them, however, and then put on your iPhone.
