iphone blog store
Can someone explain this to me on the iPhone / iPod Touch, ziphone?

I'm worried. What may seem an interesting feature is really dangerous. Do not allow background processes and forcing everything to go through the Apple Push Notification Server is something Orwell imagined. Think of all data flowing through Apple and you begin to get an overview. Add MobileMe to this, another big brother keeping everything about you. Now, it would be nice if it were one option. But it is not. It is the only way. With the iPhone, Apple shows that they want to keep control of everything. I hope the industry will take a different path and not imitate. Every day I am more interested in Google's Android and open source / firmware that was on the ziphone blog. What is that mean? touch me, as a iPod Touch user? will affect me if I decide to upgrade to use the iTunes App store?

What this means to me is that big companies like Apple and Microsoft is slowly taking our lives. And in the name of convenience, we let them. One day we wake up and own us lock, stock and barrel.
