I want to learn web design! HELP!?

So I asked some questions about web design / development! 16 years and I want know what I'm learning now that will help me in the future! So far, so I decided to learn is … HTML, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, Flash, AJAX, PHP! And use Dreamweaver and Photoshop! And I will learn more about blogs and web design and databases and traffic statistics! But not really know what each they do! That's what I know! What each of these things, and do you think? What I have done is just create websites in Photoshop and import them into Dreamweaver! Also, is there anything else I should know? What to make applications for the iPhone? I know there are many questions, but if you provide a good response from all, I will choose the best answer! Please help me!
