Compatibility Issues Windows 7?

I have some questions about the compatibility for Windows 7. Before installation, see nothing works, and resettlement Vista, tell me I should ask around. I will list the programs you need a compatibility Reports, a (very) brief description of the program and would be greatly appreciated if I could get some answers. 1. Spy Sweeper (Anti-virus) 2. RK Launcher (Dock of Mac-like) 3. Google Chrome (browser) 4. Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare (Game) 5. iTunes (iPod / iPhone compatible with synchronization) 5a. QuickTime 6. Adobe Photoshop CS4 (photo editor) 7. Sony ACID Music Studio 7.0 (editing software Music) 8. CCleaner (clean-files) 9. WinSCP (SSH Client) 10. PICU (iPhone Configuration Utility) 11. DVDVideoSoft (several free programs that help tremendously in the world) 12. This is what happens when a new OS is released, no or very few calls for work and that everyone should be level means that you should buy a new software .. it happened with Windows 95-98-2000-NT-XP-Vista-millennium, and now with 7. This is just a game simply requires us, as users buy new software.
