I want to buy a new iPhone on eBay, but I'm not sure if I can trust him?

Buy high-tech equipment, eBay is always a risk. If you can actually get the iPhone in place by the seller, then at least you can check before submitting your money. If you pay with PayPal are protected to some extent.
