iPhone 3G set up email HELP?

my mom just bought the iPhone 3G (the latest available for the entire week in the shop Closer to home !]:]). my mom has a business email using Microsoft Outlook as the task of the server or its name (your real e-mail is whatever as mom@company.com but must go in Outlook to access their emails). Anyway, I told Yahoo! On your phone for her, but I problems account with Outlook … can somebody explain how? which is the exchange of Mircosoft exactly?
