ITunes Help !!!!! PLEASE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

I want Download iTunes 7.7 for my new iPhone, but when installed it says that Windows Explorer is open and I have to close or otherwise iTunes downloads habit. Everything is closed by another, then the iTunes installer and restart my computer like 5 times! PLEASE HELP!

CTRL + ALT + DEL When you see the Windows Explorer click on it and End Task.
